Mr. Greenwald co-founded Greenbriar in 1999. Prior to co-founding Greenbriar, Mr. Greenwald was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of UAL Corporation, parent of United Airlines, Inc., and served as Vice Chairman of Chrysler Corporation. Previously, he held a number of senior positions at Ford Motor Company.
Mr. Greenwald has been a Board Director of Time Warner, Aetna, and Ally Financial, as well as a Princeton University Trustee. He is currently a Director of the Aspen Institute. Mr. Greenwald was presented with the 2011 Outstanding Director’s Award by the Financial Times Outstanding Directors Exchange.
Mr. Greenwald received an M.A. Degree in Economics from Wayne State University and a B.A. cum laude, from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School.
